The CDF is one of the most important functions of the Alumni Cell and is responsible for monitoring and assisting alumni in their careers throughout their life. The forum ensures close interaction with senior HR professionals from across industries with which you can share ideas, gain advice and even find other career opportunities. The CDF also regularly organizes training workshops and seminars that help all alumni keep abreast with the latest developments in their professions and keep their skills updated with the industry needs.

The Continuing Professional Development program allows all mid-career alumni a chance to revise and upgrade their skills from WLCI at a highly subsidized cost.

WLCI Alumni Cell’s networking events provide you with a chance to not only reconnect with your own peers but with industry leaders as well. Events are organized several times throughout the course of the year, where industry leaders are specifically invited to interact with our alumni. Such regular breakfast meets and corporate dinners also allow for an invaluable exchange of ideas and trends affecting specific industries and have fostered the seeds for many a business partnership between individuals. There are several councils instituted at the College that help you contribute to or monitor the quality of education. You too can be appointed as a valued member of these councils. Many of our alumni seek this opportunity for the networking advantage that these councils present to them.

Perhaps the most emotional and nostalgic of events is the annual alumni meet. Members from across campuses converge for this event not just to recount memories and stories but also to relive old friendships and relationships. The event is also a proud moment for the College that sees its seeds having flowered successfully by creating a distinct niche for themselves, no matter which industry they form part of. The event also provides WLCI an opportunity to honor exceptional achievers amongst alumni and update everyone on the latest developments taking place in the college. The Online alumni directory is an extremely useful tool to enable you to remain in contact with your batch mates and seniors throughout your life. The Alumni Cell updates the directory of all its members on an annual basis to keep you informed of the contact details and profiles of all our alumni. There is also a special feature on e-WLCI, which gives alumni a platform to network amongst themselves, update their profiles and contribute to the alumni blog.
